Five years ago, I stood at 95kg and a BMI of 30.7.
My knees constantly hurt wherever I walked and I could not fit into any shirts smaller than XL.
So what did I do?
I lost a total of 30 kg across 3 months, a feat that tested my mental strength as much as it did physically.
In the blink of an eye, I went from "Obese" to "Underweight" which made fitting into clothes so much easier.
